IUPUI wins its second-round game in the KEEPS Horizon League Tournament at home vs Robert Morris 72-41. Macee Williams scored a game high 25 points with 12 rebounds to lead the Jags to victory. Rachel McLimore scored 14 points going 2 for 2 from behind the arc. The Jaguars dominated the paint scoring 44 points there along with 14 second chance points. The bench helped with 19 points and gave the home crowd a reason to roar at the Jungle tonight.
Esther Castedo was the scoring leader for Robert Morris with 8 points. The 3-point ball was not falling for the Colonials as they went 2 for 22 from behind the Arc. The bench did help out a little with 12 points. Robert Morris ends the season with a 13-15 record.
IUPUI moves on to face Oakland in the KEEPS Horizon League Tournament. The game will be on Monday at 12 noon at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum. Oakland upset the #2 seeded Youngstown State 63-52 to move on. IUPUI will be ready for the Grizzlies.
