West Lafayette, IND – The Purdue Boilermakers swept the Western Michigan Broncos in three sets to advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The final scores were 25-21, 25-23, and 25-22.
Purdue was led by Eva Hudson and Chloe Chicoine, who combined for 33 kills with minimal errors. Raven Colvin set a new record for career block assists at Purdue. Western Michigan was led by Anna Calcagno, who had 14 kills. Purdue will now face Loyola Chicago in the second round of the tournament, tonight at 6pm.
