WESTFIELD, Ind. (Sunday, June 2, 2024) – The Indy Eleven Women dominated the Lexington SC with a 4-0 victory on Sunday afternoon at the Grand Park Events Center. This impressive win moves the Indy Eleven to a 4-0-1 record, maintaining their position atop the USL W League’s Valley Division.
Indy Eleven wasted no time establishing dominance, scoring back-to-back goals in the fifth and sixth minutes. Ella Rogers opened the scoring, quickly followed by Natalie Mitchell. The early surge continued as Rogers secured her second goal with an assist from Soderstrom. Indy went into halftime with a solid 3-0 lead.
Soderstrom scored the lone goal of the second half in the 53rd minute. Goalkeeper Nona Reason secured her second shutout. The Girls in Blue will face the Racing Louisville FC on Friday at 7 p.m.
