Indiana Volleyball takes No. 9 Purdue to the Limit in a Five-Set Match

Friday night at Wilkinson Hall in front of a record crowd of 2,512, the Hoosiers took the No. 9 Purdue Boilermakers to five sets in a highly competitive match. Indiana took the first match 26-24, with Purdue responding by taking the second set 25-22. Indiana and Purdue traded victories in the third and fourth sets 25-15. In the final decisive set, Purdue edged Indiana 15-10 to win the match 3-2. Next up for Indiana is another home match against Michigan State on Sunday with a 1 pm start. Purdue will face Maryland on Sunday at 1 pm.
