For the 8th consecutive year the Indianapolis Indians have had at least 3 players selected to the Triple A all-star game. This year the Indians had 3 pitchers selected.
The 2019 AAA All-star game will be held on July 10th in El Paso,Texas at the home stadium of the El Paso Chihuahuas. The game will be broadcast on the MLB network and MiLB.TV.
Representing the Indians will be Mitch Keller, who is only 23 years old and playing his 1st full season at the Triple A level.
The 2nd player selected for the mid-summer classic on any level, Montana DuRapau. DuRapau is going to his 2nd all-star game of his career. He was selected to the 2017 team for Altoona Curve in AA ball.
The 3rd player representing the Tribe will be Dovydas Neverauskas. Neverauskas is making his 2nd consecutive trip to the Triple A all star game.
The Indianapolis Indians are currently 41-35 on the year and 2nd in the International League West division just behind the Colombus Clippers.
